Description

This course will instruct students in welding safety of the Shield Metal Arc Welding process (SMAW-Pipe), proper techniques and electrode selection for welding pipe in various welding positions (2G,5G,6G) to meet ASME welding code. Upon completion of the course the graduate should be able to start work as an entry level stn1ctural welder in the construction or industrial field.
